The Seller may accept request for returns of the defective or damaged Product within 24 hours after delivery of the Product.  No request for return of the Product will be entertained after expiry of 24 hours after delivery of the Product. The Buyer shall follow all instructions and requirements in relation to returns and/or refunds of the Product given by the Seller from time to time.

 

The credit of the returned items will refunds in your  account only and that credit must be use it within 60 days after refund. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

 

No return or exchange of any Product and refund of payment is allowed save and except the Product is defective or damaged prior to delivery to the Buyer. No return and refund is allowed for any damaged or defective Product which is caused by Buyer and/or other parties.

 

The Product must be returned in unworn, unaltered, original packaging, including all tags and labels (plastic bag, blister pack, etc.), and with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip, as well as all accessories to ensure full credit.

Please note, the delivery charge, all taxes and duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Unicorn Jewelry Design Co. Ltd. will be delivered by our courier expert, will arrive beautifully gift wrapped and packaged in a discreet plain box.

 

Please note the delivery times are depends on the stock of the item you purchase. Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays and during our busy Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.

 

Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic ID may be required. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier company will reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time, so please ensure your delivery address and telephone number is correct.
